You will stay in a single-storey house that can accommodate up to 4 people. Completely renovated in 2018, it is housed in an old stone building dating back to the late 1800s. The house overlooks a 600m² south-facing garden. - Kitchen area: A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). - Living room: A 140x190 sofa bed (bedding included), flat-screen TV, TV decoder and WiFi. A high chair - Sleeping area: A bedroom with a double bed (bedding included) and storage space with shelves and a wardrobe. A travel cot. - Bathroom: Walk-in shower, washbasin, shelf, toilet, laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer) and a worktop that can be used as a changing table. (Bath towels included). A potty, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. - Outside area: You will have access to garden furniture and a private parking space. You will be provided with a folder containing information on activities you can enjoy during your stay in the region. THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES BATH TOWELS AND ALL BED LINEN. Located on the south coast of Finistère, 500 metres from the sea (Saint-Laurent cove), 2 kilometres from Kerleven beach and 3 kilometres from Sables Blancs beach, you will stay in the heart of the seaside resort known as "the Breton Riviera", which will charm you with its magnificent landscapes and diverse activities (fine sandy beaches, GR34 hiking trails, 18-hole golf course, marina, sea trips to the Glénan Archipelago, etc.). During July and August, you can attend several Celtic festivals and events (the Festival des Filets Bleus in Concarneau, the Inter-Celtic Festival in Lorient, the Festival de Cornouaille in Quimper, the Temps Fête maritime festival in Douarnenez, the Festival du Festidreuz in Fouesnant and the Festival des Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix-Plouguer).
