We are happy to welcome you in our 165 m2 gîte, equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 Italian style bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen, 2 independent wc's, equipped enclosed garden, terraces, Wifi, YouTube and Netflix connections... We wish to offer you a moment of relaxation and fitness, for this reason we have created a totally unique optional wellness area where you can use various sports and relaxation equipment, a sauna and a Jacuzzi connected by Bluetooth. This air-conditioned room, tastefully decorated, is attached to the gîte and therefore allows direct access. It is however possible for you to rent the gîte without the fitness room at a lower cost. For this do not hesitate to contact us directly. Our four-legged friends are welcome, but a few rules of good conduct must be respected. The fitness room and the rooms are of course strictly forbidden to our companions. We do not ask for any extra charge but a deposit for your pet will be asked for at the beginning of your stay and returned at the end.

Our gîte is located in a typical Briarde farmhouse in the continuity of our house on a 3600m2 plot of land where a river crosses the Ru de "L'homme blanc" and adjoining the family stables. Loving nature and horses, we will be delighted to welcome the riders with their mounts, leaving boxes, sand pit and paddock at your disposal. A supplement per day, for food and fodder, will be asked per horse. Our village is situated at the crossroads of the valley of the Petit Morin and the marshes of Saint Gond, in the south-east of the côte des blancs between the vineyards of the Epernay region in the north and the hills of the Sézannais in the south. Surrounded by woods, the very varied landscapes make it of particular interest for green tourism on horseback or on foot. We are only 9 km from all the shops and other amenities . Christophe's knowledge and skills as the manager of a company related to champagne, we will be able to offer you an adapted and quality oenotourism. For remembrance tourism, our gîte is located on the very spot of the 1st battle of the Marne 14-18.

- Oenotourism: Soizy is located between Epernay and Sézanne, 2km from the first plots of vines. Epernay, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 25 minutes away by car. - Green tourism: the gîte is surrounded by forests and at the junction between the valley of the Petit Morin and the marshes of Saint Gond, classified Natura 2000, full of history and vestiges as well as on the road to Santiago de Compostela. - Equestrian Tourism: If you wish to visit the region on horseback, hiking trails will be proposed and at your disposal to discover all the riches of the region. Anne will be your guide to organize beautiful walks adapted to your level through our green countryside and rich history. - History tourism: Memory trail, 1st battle of the Marne in September 1914 from Soizy, "the road to freedom" in 1945 and the battle of Napoleon at Champaubert. - Restaurants, cinemas, leisure activities... in Epernay (25 minutes away) and Sézanne (7 minutes away). - Nearby: Provins at 40mn, Reims at 50mn, Troyes, the lake of Der, the casino, the lakes of the forest of Orient and Disneyland... at 60mn, Paris at 1h15 and the airport of Paris CDG at 60mn.
