The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, pod and filter coffee makers, kettle, and teapot. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, a baby cot, and a high chair. Relax on your private enclosed terrace with 2 loungers and a plancha grill, and access a large shared 5,000 m² green space. A bike rack for 4 bikes is provided, along with a shared ping-pong table. The secure, gated parking area with video surveillance offers 2 shared on-site spaces. Events are not permitted. Video recordings cover common areas, including the parking lot and main entrances.
