This old farmhouse with its spacious south-facing swimming pool is ideally situated in the middle of 17 hectares of trees and flowers & 5 minutes from Nérac. 3 independent stone gîtes with private terraces for 6 and 4 people await you. Enjoy here authentic holidays at your own pace in the land of "bien-vivre". Stay in one of the 2 gîtes for 6 people (the Pigeonnier or the Source), or in the one in the sapinière (2 rooms for 4 people). All comfort (classified 3 stars), they can be rented in a completely independent way (adjoining, but without promiscuity, with their own private spaces), and include each one : Gîtes for 6 people: 2 bedrooms with king size beds on the ground floor sharing a bathroom with toilet + 1 bedroom with king size bed (180 cm or 2 twin beds if required) and private bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen open on the living room and dining room and opening directly on the private terrace with lounge, parasol, 2 sunbeds and a weber barbecue with wood or coal. Gite for 4 people: Gite entirely on the ground floor (but not accessible to disabled people) 2 bedrooms with king size beds, sharing a bathroom with bath. Living and dining room open onto a charming veranda and private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. The swimming pool, shared between the 3 gîtes on site, is at your disposal. Open from June to September, it is quite large (6m x 14m. Depth from 1.20m to 2.20m), with a diving board and pool deck, sun loungers and parasols for everyone to enjoy. It is fenced for the safety of children and has a pool alarm.

Owners do not live on the premises, so you will be completely autonomous and Faustine, the manager, lives nearby in case of need. We thank you in advance for respecting the rules in place and the cohabitation with the other occupants of the gîtes. The entrance to the gîte is done autonomously, via a secure key box with code, for a greater comfort and a stress-free arrival.
