This is a spacious 150m² villa in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux equipped with a private and secure swimming pool, the home is perfect for families and big groups. The house is located 1.5 km from the centre of the village. It is very quiet and not overlooked. Very pleasant to live with a beautiful panoramic view with Mont Ventoux. Centrally located between the Drome and the Ardeche, it's the perfect base to explore both regions. A 30-minute drive will drop you at villages like Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres, or Nyons, and on the other side is the beautiful Ardeche with its famous Gorges, 45 km away, and the Gard with famous villages such as Montclus and Aiguèze, 25 km away. The home has a terrace and garden with furniture, so take some time to enjoy the views while you sip on a glass of wine. Possibility to park several cars in the courtyard. There is a barbecue for good times with family or friends, and many terraces, deckhairs and a swing. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
