This comfortable duplex house comprises :

- a third bedroom with a double bed and Netflix, smart TV and Orange TV;
- a fourth bedroom with a double sofa bed and a desk;
- three functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a large screen anti-glare smart TV with Netflix and Canal ;
- a terrace on each level with 180° views of L'Estérel.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and lack of overlooking views.
The house's insulation and orientation provide plenty of natural light, while maintaining a pleasant temperature even in the hottest part of the day.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: 2 garden furniture sets, Hammock, Parasol, Wifi, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, 4-burner induction hob, Hood, Toaster, Kettle, Chopper, Mixer, Coffee machine. The private swimming pool has a shower and is open from May to October. There is free on-street public parking close to the residence and a private garage for 2 cars.
The property is 2 km from the beach, close to the shuttle bus service to Saint-Tropez, and a 10-minute walk from an Auchan Supermarket for everyday shopping.
Saint-Raphaël is a very pleasant town with year-round entertainment. Renting a scooter avoids traffic jams and parking problems in high season, and makes it easier to explore the many calanques and surrounding area.

Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You can also discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.
