This spacious, fully renovated 47-square-meter studio has been designed as a bright and cozy retreat, blending the charm of traditional architecture with modern comfort. The sleeping area, visually separated by curtains, features a romantic double canopy bed. The comfortable living room includes a double sofa bed (140x190), a TV area with Netflix, and high-speed fiber internet – ideal for remote working or relaxing evenings. The large, separate kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a small balcony overlooking a typical passageway leading to the canals – perfect for stepping outside and enjoying the atmosphere of the neighborhood. Reversible air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, dining area, and workspace… everything is provided to make you feel at home, whether you’re staying for a few days or an extended visit. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator).

The apartment is located right in the heart of Sète’s historic center, in one of the most lively and picturesque districts of the city. Guests particularly appreciate the immediate proximity to the canals, markets, authentic restaurants, and the local, vibrant atmosphere. Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find: The Halles market, with its fresh regional produce Place Léon Blum (City Hall) with its buzzing café terraces The Canal Royal, famous for the Jousting tournaments held each summer The Paul Valéry Museum and the marine cemetery overlooking the city The Théâtre de la Mer, iconic venue of the Jazz à Sète festival Numerous art galleries, bookshops, ice cream parlors, and wine bars 🚌 Bus stops nearby offer direct access to the beaches (Corniche, Lido, etc.) 🚲 A cycle path connects the city center directly to the seafront. It’s a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood – perfect for exploring everything on foot while enjoying Sète’s unique charm.
