Property information

Ce logement unique est proche de tous les sites et commodités, ce qui facilite la planification de votre visite. Il est atypique de part sa configuration, simple et bien optimisé vous y séjournerez à 2 , 3 ou 4 grâce au canapé lit facilement transformable. Une douche à l’italienne vous procurera un moment de détente. Très bien équipé et très bien situé vous y passerez un court ou long moment à votre guise.

Neighbourhood information

Quartier calme, parking payant en journée devant le bâtiment et gratuit à 50 m sur les boulevards. Le centre-ville historique se situe à deux minutes à pied de notre logement. Le stade mythique de l’AJAuxerre se situe à 1 km. Chablis se situe à 15 minutes. La gare SNCF est à 10 minutes à pied. Bus de ville et navette gratuite à 50 m du logement.
