We propose you to rent, on the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming house, less than one kilometre from the beach, of a surface of 100 m ², completely renovated in 2021 and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 29 m² (with stove), a fully equipped open kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival. - Free wifi available. - The stove is functional, wood is not provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation on request. To access your accommodation, you can choose between : - Autonomous arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception. - A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
