Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Porspoder, this charming house road of the field of the menhirs entirely renovated in 2019 with sight sea, in the district authentically Breton of the port of Mazou, at less than 500 m of the beach. The house faces south-south-west and comprises the following rooms: Ground floor: - A south-facing entrance veranda offering a bright workspace - A comfortable 30 m² lounge overlooking the garden - An open-plan kitchen with a bar table and dining area, equipped with: oven and 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc. - Bathroom with bath and washing machine. - Separate WC. First floor: - Bedroom 1 with sea view: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and chest of drawers. - Bedroom 2 with sea view: two single bunk beds (ideal for children), a double sofa bed and a wardrobe. - Separate WC with washbasin. Other remarks : -The dwelling is The dwelling is intended for personal and private use by ndividuals only. - Bed linen and towels are optional, to be booked and paid for with the on-site manager. Optional linen package: e30 / bed - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition - For the bed linen and towel option "linen included ''pack, please contact the manager to book them at least 3 weeks before your arrival. - Dogs accepted on request, for a supplement of 60e/stay/pet (maximum two) - Cot available on request, supplement 10e/stay. - Recharging your electric vehicle is possible for an extra charge of e15/day, subject to the owner's agreement. Please advise when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. - The house was renovated in 2019, insulated and equipped with a VMC and top-of-the-range radiators to guarantee optimum thermal comfort. - The radiators are set not to exceed 20°C.

The house is ideally located in Porspoder, without vis-à-vis in an environment of generous greenery from where you can hear the sea. Nearby, you will find all the essential shops, many restaurants, bars and a market. Activities : Come and discover the village of Porspoder, in the country of Iroise, in the National Marine Park of the Iroise Sea, facing the archipelago of Molène and the Island of Ouessant (view from the house). From the house, many walks (GR34) allow you to discover a wild coastline and many enchanting sites such as the Saint Ourzal chapel and the Saint-Laurent peninsula... Along the paths, small traditional ports (Port Mazou, Melon, Mesdoun, Porsmeur) and white sand beaches will surprise you. You can also take advantage of the numerous water sports activities, including the surfing spot of Penfoul and the horse riding trails of the Iroise region. Departure to Molène and Ouessant at 10min from the house in summer (from Lanildut). - Cultural visits: important religious heritage, the church of Saint-Budoc, the chapel of Sainte-Anne, the chapel of Larret, exhibitions at the Chenal and at the Herry Léon room.....
