Comfortably accommodating 6 travelers, Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this house composed on the first floor of a living room with dining area, an open and fully equipped kitchen, on the second floor a master suite with bathroom and dressing room and on the second floor two beautiful bedrooms with bathroom. Sheets and towels provided, WiFi, you just have to put your bags down! With a surface area of 110 m², the house is as follows: Day area : - Bright living room, furnished with two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player and a dining table. - Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: an oven, a fridge, hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: on the first floor, a master suite with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), a dressing room as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bubble bath, a large washbasin, a separate toilet and a laundry area. - Bedroom 2: on the second floor, two single beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined together to form a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). - Bedroom 3: on the second floor, a pull-out bed (sleeps 2). - Bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin. - 2 Separates toilets. Other remarks : - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
