L'INSTANT CONCIERGERIE Roscoff/Carantec/Santec Julianna will assist you throughout your stay. You will be asked to strip the beds and leave the linen in the corner of your choice. You will also be asked to empty the cupboards and fridge, as well as the bins in the kitchen and bathroom, into the designated area (see welcome booklet).

Treat yourself to a seaside getaway In this authentic holiday home, spacious, bright, and carefully decorated, designed to welcome families and friends in a warm and soothing atmosphere, the charm works its magic as soon as you step inside—you won’t want to leave again. The fully equipped, friendly kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, extended by a large dining room perfect for sharing unforgettable moments. Beyond that, you’ll find two living rooms: one facing the sea and bathed in light, the other more intimate and cozy for relaxation. Outside, a large south-facing terrace awaits you, perfect for enjoying a meal, a book, or simply the ever-changing spectacle of the sea at any time of day. On the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, large closets, and a private shower room with WC; a separate WC; and a spacious entrance designed like an open dressing area, ideal for dropping off all your beach gear. Upstairs: three bedrooms await you. The first with bunk beds (90x190 cm) and a baby bed; the second with a 140x200 cm double bed and storage; the third dormitory-style with two sets of bunk beds (90x200 cm) and storage. A small shower area with sink completes the floor, practical for children. At the back of the house, a separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer. The location is ideal: just 15 minutes on foot from the center of Carantec with its shops and restaurants, halfway to Kelenn beach and its many activities such as the sailing club, tennis, and golf. A sheltered little beach is only 50 meters away, while Pen al Lann and Cosmeur are a 5-minute walk—perfect for invigorating seaside walks at any time of day.
