Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of La Ciotat, this charming apartment remade with nine with garage, offering services top of the range. Air-conditioned, 150 meters from the beach and with a surface area of 42 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open kitchen equipped, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 60 m² with a terrace. Wifi, we are waiting for you! The housing is composed as follows: - A bright living room of 28 m² with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A shower room with Italian shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A wooden terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. - A closed garden with possibility to put the bikes on the ground. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free wifi is available. - If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the flat for 1 vehicle (maximum height 183 cm). - Pets not allowed.
