The accommodation comprises: Ground floor: - 50 m² living room with sea view, TV, sofa, dining area... - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with double bed and en-suite shower room Second floor: - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with sea view and queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - A shower room with a large shower, two basins and WC. Second floor: - Bedroom 5: with sea view, queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing room - Bedroom 6: with a sea view, two single beds that can be joined or separated. - Bedroom 7: with sea view, two single beds that can be joined or separated. - Bathroom with shower, double washbasin - separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - 1,000 m² enclosed garden - A 70 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days - A 15 m² balcony adjoining the living room, with furniture.
