We are Angell and Rose, stewards of La Ferme du Cerf Bleu and devoted caretakers of both people and land. For over two decades, we have walked the path of earth stewardship, healing, and community building—first in the Catskills of New York, and now here in our ancestral Burgundy home. Together with our young daughter Juliette and Rose’s son Henry, we live on the property in a separate part of the farmhouse, close enough to be available for anything you may need, while giving guests full privacy.
