Passionate about travel, I wanted to create a cozy apartment in which you feel good after long days of visiting. I chose the Croix Rousse district for its beauty and its proximity to everything - restaurants, bars, shopping, café-theater, cultural visits. I live in this area myself and I am not ready to move :-) I wish you a lot of fun staying at the Cour des Bois.

The low-sloping district of Croix Rousse / Hotel de Ville / Place des Terreaux / Opera is a very pleasant area to live in. Very lively, you will find a multitude of restaurants including the famous Lyonnais bouchons, as well as many bars, wine cellars and tea rooms. Enjoy an evening to entertain yourself in one of the neighborhood theater cafes. The rue de la République just a stone's throw away takes you to Place Bellecour while doing your shopping in the many stores. You reach Vieux Lyon in less than 10 minutes via the magnificent footbridges of the Saône quays. Shop for fresh and tasty produce in the magnificent Croix Rousse or Saint Antoine markets. Shop on Sundays in the second-hand booksellers market and in the creation market.
