A completely renovated 130m² wooden cladding house, with wooded grounds of around 1000m², a parking space, a garage, multiple terraces around the house, electric roller shutters equip all the openings, a large living room approximately 40m² with 2 bay windows, a French window and 2 large skylights, a bathroom with bathtub, connected heating, air conditioning on the 1st floor.
A quiet area a few minutes from the town center of Lons-le-Saunier, in a dead end street, historically the house was surrounded by vineyards, once called the house of the 4 sparrows, so we have kept this name.
