## The space The Maisonnette consists of a living room with sofa and fold-away coffee table, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, separate toilet, bathroom with shower, corridor with storage space and bookcase above, and a bedroom overlooking a charming little garden. ## Guest access La Maisonnette Du Clos is located at the end of a cul-de-sac where peace and quiet reign, close to the port of Saint Martin de Ré where shops and restaurants are all around. La Maisonnette's main asset is its lovely terrace and garden furniture, so you can enjoy your meals outside in the peace and quiet. ## Guest interaction Marina and her team at Marie-Louise Conciergerie will be on hand to ensure your arrival, the smooth running of your stay and your departure. ## Other things to note shops 50 metres away, beach 500 metres, bike hire 100 metres away, craft market in the evening on the port during the summer. Shuttles available to the beaches and various places of interest (during the summer period) next to the tourist office. (Linen not provided. Linen can be hired from the concierge.) The concierge will be there to welcome you between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

## The neighborhood Perfectly located just a stone's throw from the port, La Maisonnette du Clos is set back far enough to provide a peaceful setting. In the harbour, there are many restaurants to discover, including LE TOUT DU CRU (seafood restaurant) near the Maisonnette, LA MARTINIÈRE ice cream, renowned for its authenticity, numerous shops and all amenities. ## Getting around A parking space is provided with the accommodation. You can leave your car behind and hire bikes from "YooToo" or "Beach Bikes" (the code "MARIELOUISE" at the latter will give you a discount). Access by bus or taxi from La Rochelle station or La Rochelle airport. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian zone during the holiday period.
