Enjoy a relaxing holiday on the banks of the Loire, right in the heart of the Châteaux region. Stay opposite the park of the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire and its famous Garden Festival. The house is located in a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac at the center of the village. You are just a 5-minute walk from the château’s south entrance and 10 minutes from the Loire river and the Loire à Vélo cycle path. The house features a private, unheated in-ground pool (30 m³), open from May to September and accessible according to current local regulations. Perfect for 4 guests, the house offers a double bed (140x190 cm) on a mezzanine, a small living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm) for 2, a radio, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker, and dining area. At the back, a veranda opens onto the garden. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, a washing machine, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, two electric heaters, a kerosene stove for the veranda, and two fans. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful stay close to the region’s top attractions. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
