All you have to do is make it your own... with respect and gentleness ✨ 🌳 The exterior Single-storey villa - 180 m² Private garden of 3,000 m² Secure parking Charcoal barbecue (charcoal not supplied) Swimming pool 7 m x 3.5 m, depth from 1.20 m to 1.80 m Secured by an alarm that complies with standards (a manual is available in the house; if required, I can help you get started) Vast 500 m² terrace with a large pergola: ideal for your meals with family or friends, to the song of the cicadas. ... without getting soaked by the July-August heat wave 😄 Here you are. Facing the hillside and the flower-filled garden, with a drink in hand... all that's left to do is enjoy, with family or friends. CB terminal on site to facilitate formalities. The Tenant will respect the number of people mentioned on the reservation. Any visit from an outsider must be reported. It is strictly forbidden to organize events or parties at the Villa. I will do my best to satisfy you and offer you the best possible service... but I remain human 😊 I will be your privileged interlocutor throughout your stay. I'm warm and attentive by nature, and I'll adapt to your expectations. You can either: Or meet me in person on the day of your arrival, to check in and discuss things together. I can also give you local advice. Or opt for total autonomy. In this case, all formalities will be taken care of in advance, so that you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy.
The villas are located on a 3-hectare family estate, in the heart of a natural setting, just a few minutes from the Parc National des Calanques. Welcome to Villa Vos. These homes are a reflection of me, and I'm committed to welcoming people who are respectful, simple and gentle. The villas are set away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Cassis, guaranteeing calm and serenity, with ease and privacy. The atmosphere on the property is peaceful, homely, respectful, and relaxed - while preserving everyone's privacy. 📍 The SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. To reach the village center: 🚍 By bus (La Marcouline line): 15 minutes 🚴‍♀️ By electric bike: 8 minutes 🚗 By car: 5 minutes 🚶‍♂️ On foot: 25 minutes Only 900 meters away, you'll find local shops: bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, and greengrocer.

When travelling with pets, please note that only 1 dog/stay is accepted if you inform the property in advance when booking, and extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per day applies. The property does not accept dogs that are category 1 or 2. The up-to-date vaccination record will be requested upon your arrival.

No aggressive, noisy or unvaccinated dogs will be accepted on the property. The villa and its garden must be left completely clean.

The property is not fenced. It's not allowed to leave the animal alone in the villa.

You are kindly requested to respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. The presence of unregistered persons in the accommodation is not permitted at any time during the stay. Any visitors has to be reported in advance to the property owner, who may possibly object if it represents any danger to the home or if it is not covered by his insurance policy.

Although TV, Wifi, water and electricity are included in the price, a check-up of the water and electricity meters will be taken during the check-in and check-out inventories in order to check any abnormal consumption during the stay. In that case, penalty will be taken from security deposit.

Kindly note that cleaning fees are applicable and mandatory, different payment options available upon arrival per cash or Visa card, bank transfer.

A cleaning time of 4:30 hours is scheduled after each departure by two cleaning ladies. Any extra hour time of cleaning in addition to the usual time stipulated above, will be charged 35€/ hour. These hours will be deducted from the security deposit directly.

It is strictly forbidden to leave minor children without adult supervision in the villa. It is the full and entire responsibility of parents or legal guardians to supervise their children in the villa and its garden as well as around the swimming pool.
