La villa Verte is a brand new property built in 2017, boasting two self-contained high quality apartments solely dedicated to greeting guests. Both properties include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a separate bedroom with a twin or double bed, a bathroom with a modern shower and a separate toilet. Both apartments have an outside private terrasse with garden furniture. Airconditioning and wifi is included as standard as well as a coffee machine Tassimo, a safe and cable tv with international channels. All rooms can be provided as double (Queen size) or twin rooms (beds 80cm x 190xcm). Matresses are hotel quality standard as well as linen provided. La villa Verte is situated less than 2km away from the heart of the city. It benefits from a very quiet residential area and great transport connections to the city, the airport and the railway station. Many typical food shops are located very close the villa : bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, etc. And many restaurants and bistros. The city center is only 15 minutes walk (or 10 minutes bike ride) to the hear of the city and the river bank. Bike hire available as well as electric car hire nearby.
