The house consists of: *** Inside *** -> A dining area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle…). Everything you need to cook is at your disposal. A welcome kit is provided, including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits.. -> A living room with a sofa, a coffee table ! Wi-Fi is available. -> Living area equipped with a smart TV (limited number of channels). -> A separate WC. -> A bathroom with a mirror. A bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. -> Two bedrooms: The first with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) and a 160x200 cm bed. The second with a 160x200 cm bed. *** Outside *** -> A private area with a small garden table and a grassy space for fun and relaxation! *** ALL bed linen and towels are included in the price with no extra charges! *** -> Free parking spaces are available in front of the house and on the street. *** A key box is provided for self-check-in. *** -> Check-in from 5 PM, check-out by 10 AM. -> Pets are not allowed. -> A deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform. This obligatory step guarantees the smooth running of your stay.
