## The space One bedroom apartment of 52 m2 located in a residential building with an elevator. It is composed as followed : - Bedroom (160x200cm), AC - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, 2 stoves, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, ustensiles for cooking) + a balcony accessible from the kitchen with a table for 2 - Bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilets) - Living room with a large and comfy couch, table for 4 + a balcony with an outside table This apartment has AC in the living room and internet. There is also a parking spot in a secured building (rue Gazan). Not in the same building as the apartment. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment except from one cupboard for personal uses. ## Guest interaction Guests will be in contact with our agency located down the street (3 mn walking distance). They will be able to contact us prior to arrival in order to confirm the check in and/or check out time at least a day before. Throughout their stay, they will be able to contact our agency in order to get assisted. ## Other things to note The apartment does not have a parking spot and ACs in the bedrooms. There is a set of bed linen per bed upon arrival with one larger towel and one small towel per person at check in. If you want cleaning during your stay, it is possible but please contact the agency in order to get a quote for this extra service (same for extra linens and towels). No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.

## The neighborhood The apartment is located in the city-center of Antibes so you will be able to enjoy walking to the old area of Antibes, to the beaches and restaurants shorts and bars. It is very convienent to be in this district thanks to its closeness of the beach and the old city at the same time.
