She has a large 50 m2 terrace, private parking and a charging point for electric cars. With a surface area of 70 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 970 m² garden. Two bicycles are also available for exploring the magnificent coastline. The housing is composed as follows: - A living room of 18 m² with double sofa bed, wall TV and Wifi - A kitchen with dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : A king-size bed (180×200) and a convertible sofa - Bedroom 2 : Two bunk beds + a pull-out bed, sheets and towels included - A shower room with Italian shower - A separate toilet For more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Large enclosed sloping garden. Some parts of the garden are very steep and not accessible to children. - Terrace of 50 m² with sea view and cliffs.
