It comprises 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a lovely terrace opening onto a private garden, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Situated a quiet 15-minute walk from the beautiful Plage du Prieuré and the Parc de Port Breton, it is composed as follows: Day area : A beautiful, bright living room with a functional, fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... , a dining area with a convivial dining table, a lounge area with TV. Sleeping area : - One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) - one bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200) - Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and heated towel rail - Separate WC Outside : - a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture and a private lawn area.
