New holiday home on one level, located 10min walk from the Historic Port of Saint Goustan and not far from the town center and its shops. - It consists of a beautiful living room with dining area and lounge, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with utility room. The living room opens directly onto the terrace and the garden. - Three spacious bedrooms (two double bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds 100x190) a bathroom with walk-in shower. Independent toilets. - Outside, a wooden terrace welcomes you for your meals, you will have an enclosed lawned garden and a carport for a vehicle.
