This spacious 2 bedroom apartment has recently been fully renovated and is located in the Grand Balcon complex in Les Houches, a 5 minute walk from both the Prarion and Bellevue lifts and 10 minute drive from Chamonix. The apartment comes with secure underground parking, ski and bike lockers and a private terrace overlooking the Mont Blanc range. A public bus stop is right in front of the building, providing free and easy access to the whole Chamonix valley. With ski in / ski out access, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and with the TMB and TPMB hiking routes just behind the building - it is a perfect home for a ski or summer holiday. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a single/double/kids bed (based on need). Both rooms come with wardrobe and desks and with reliable free wifi can also accomodate those working during their stay. The bathroom has a bath/shower and towel heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including oven, microwave, stove-top and bean to cup espresso machine. The living room has a full sofa bed, TV and dining table. The home is family friendly with everything to accomodate babies and young kids.

We are mountain lovers and active trail runners and skiers. This is our home away from home and we would be happy to have you stay and experience the magic of Les Houches and the Chamonix valley. We are only a phone call away and can help with local information, ideas for activities and any issues during your stay. We have young kids and the flat is well equipped and comfortable to stay with babies and young ones. We are also happy to provide tips for things to do in the area with children.

The property is located in the family friendly and beautiful village of Les Houches and is ski in / ski out with close access (5min walk) to both the Prarion and Bellevue ski lifts. In the summer, the lifts also provide access to a great network of mountain biking trails. Lac Chavants leisure centre is close by (10min walk) with the kids ski school, playground and orienteering course. For trail runners and hikers, the location is perfect with the TMB and TPMB routes starting right behind the house. The property is conveniently located and walking distance from everything that you need with several restaurants and cafes nearby and with the town centre only 10 minute walk away. A free bus also stops right in front of the property and provides quick access to Chamonix and the whole valley.
