Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming studio entirely renovated in 2022, with 30 meters of the large beach of Saint-Cast, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a beautiful living room, a kitchen, a bathroom. You can enjoy a shared garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation with double exposure South and West is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room open to the garden with TV, queen-size bed (160×200) and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - An enclosed garden, shared with another flat in the villa (having access to another part of the garden), with furniture to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair and baby cot. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of the stay consists of preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Access to a laundry room (in the common areas of the villa): washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, drying rack available. - The accommodation is completely non-smoking. - No parties or evening entertainment. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and L'Annexe Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).

We recommend a few addresses to discover: La Belle Meunière (pastry shops), La Marinière (restaurant), Le Jardin Délice (restaurant), La Grande brasserie (brasserie), Chipie la Galette (Crêperie). Activities : - The beach and "le point plage" (a structure that offers all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings. Many other activities are possible: hiking on the coastal path (GR34), water sports, tennis (300 m), horse riding (riding centre 3 km away), tree climbing (3 km)... In the vicinity, the not-to-be-missed stops on the Emerald Coast: - Cap Fréhel, to the west, a site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 metres. - Not far from there, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the sea. - A former corsair city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid view of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands are possible. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle. - Those who enjoy walking or cycling can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape. - Another stopover not to be missed is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will show you some of them. - Among other destinations, the seaside resorts of Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Jacut are less than 30 minutes away, as are Erquy and Les Sables d'Or. Inland, Dinan, Plancoët and Lamballe are full of sightseeing opportunities.
