The accommodation comprises - 9 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area (1 table and 6 chairs)... - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Exterior : - A private, unfenced 20 m² garden (no garden furniture available) Other remarks : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 15 euros/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
