Le gîte est situé cœur de la Champagne Viticole près d' Epernay capitale du Champagne, Hautvillers le berceau du Champagne et Reims ville des Sacres. Le gîte donne sur le vignoble et est apprécié pour son confort et son calme.
Nous sommes retraités; nous avons décidé d’ouvrir ce gîte pour accueillir des touristes du monde entier; déjà 26 nationalités se sont succedées à Champillon; nous aimons le contact et chaque visite est sujette à échanger avec nos visiteurs; nous pouvons aussi les conseiller pour des visites en Champagne.
Les visites des villes, des randonnées dans le vignoble, les visites de grandes caves, les rencontres avec des vignerons, acheter du Champagne, participer à des évènements régionaux: Sur les canaux à Chalons en Champagne, la cathédrale de lumière à Reims, les courses à pieds pour les sportifs, les habits de lumière à Epernay, les fêtes Henry IV à Aÿ tous les deux ans, des promenades en bateau sur le Champagne Vallée à Cumières, la Cave aux coquillages à Fleury la Rivière ....
