You will have a large and luminous living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room as well as a large terrace of 40 m² without vis-à-vis to enjoy a lunch outside!

Neighbourhood : The house is ideally located in the countryside, without any opposite, which gives it an appreciable tranquillity. Moreover, you will find all the conveniences accessible in less than 10 min by car in the town centre of Saint-Pardoux and in Mazières-en-Gâtine: bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, market. Other remarks: - You will be welcomed by the owner who lives next door. He will be happy to give you his good addresses! - Several vehicles can be parked on the property: a parking space is available in the car park under the terrace as well as on the grounds. - A bicycle room is at your disposal. - Bed linen and towels are included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
