Property information

We offer you a charming 18th century building that is our home. We are located just 13 minutes south of Carcassonne and benefit from the peace and charm for which the south of France is famous. The garden offers an environment conducive to relaxation and has an unusual swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find the common areas with the breakfast room, the living room and a comfortable lounge with TV. All rooms have a private bathroom and a seating area. Tastefully decorated, each of them immerses you in a soothing atmosphere that will give you maximum relaxation. Come and visit us at Le Patio des Senteurs.

Patio des Senteurs is ideally located. In the heart of a peaceful village, you can freely stroll through the alleys. Near Carcassonne and the medieval city of La Cité, at the gateway to the Corbières and Minervois vineyards and many other historic buildings, but also an hour from the sea and the ski slopes, we can offer activities all year round.
