This charming 47 m² house, ideal for 2 people, is located in Plouarzel, less than 1 km from the beach. It comprises a 20 m² fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 4,000 m² garden and terrace. Bed linen and towels included, wifi (fiber optic), we're waiting for you! On the ground floor : - A fully equipped kitchen of 20 m² including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee pods... and dining area. - Separate toilet. First floor: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A room with a desk, a small sofa and a coffee table. - A shower room with shower and hair dryer. Exterior: - A beautiful enclosed garden of 4,000 m² with a large outdoor aviary. - A private terrace of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, parasol, plancha... Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (optical fibre). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Plouarzel, in a very pleasant environment under the lighthouse of Trézien. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby (4km). Nearby: - Town centre at 4km (5 minutes by car). - Restaurants. We recommend a visit to the crêperie "La Crêpe Dantel". - Saint Renan at 11.9 km (13 minutes by car). - Brest at 25 km (30 minutes by car). - Les Menhirs de Kergadiou at 12 km (17 minutes by car). - Château de Kergroadez at 12 km (14 minutes by car).
