Enjoy your holiday in our 3-star apartment with family and friends! Near the Thau lagoon where the Canal de Midi begins, Le Piade, ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the train station and the town centre, accommodates 4 persons and a baby. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor, assessable by a lift, and is bright and airy thanks to its bay window looking out to an unobstructed view of Sète's famous Mont St Clair. We have free Wifi (fibre), a mobile air conditioning unit (Delonghi - PAC CN93ECO Pinguino 50-52 db) and plenty of comfort. You will find everything you need to get your holiday off to a good start and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Sheets, towels, tea towels... are provided. The beds are standard European size, one double bed 140x190cm and twin beds 90x190cm. You will find the house clean when you arrive. There is no cleaning service, but cleaning supplies are provided. We would be grateful if you could leave the house clean and tidy upon your departure, although I don't expect you to do a deep clean :) There is no dedicated parking space, but we are located in a residential area of Sète where you can park on the street around the residence. There is also free outdoor parking at Place de la République, except on Sunday morning (flea market). We will be there to welcome you and show you where you can park. We also rent a 19th-century Italian fishermen's house, Le Pouffre, ideal for 4 people and 1 child or 1 baby, which is located in Sète’s famous artists' district.

I am from Scotland and have lived in France since 1997. I met my husband Mehdi when I came to work in Sète. We married in Sète in 2000 and we have lived in the region ever since. Very keen travellers, we love to meet new people and are always up for a chat!! I will be there to welcome you and show you where you can park, and give you some tips for your stay in Sète, including restaurant recommendations and ideas for visits. I will contact you the day before your arrival so that we can arrange a time to hand over the keys. In general, arrival is from 3 pm to 8 pm and departure is 9:30 am to 11 am. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you would like to arrive later, we have a key box where you can get the keys. Our apartment Le Piade is located in a residential area of Sète where it is easy to park and just a 10-minute walk from the train station, if you arrive by train. You can stroll along the canal and reach the town centre in 10 minutes. When you arrive, you can stop in front of the residence while you unload your luggage. Free outdoor parking is located on Place de la République, at the intersection of Rue de la Liberté and Rue Révolution, except on Sunday mornings when there is the flea market. I will be there to meet you and show you where you can park. If you arrive by train, I will send you the quickest directions to the apartment.
