Our HR Beach La Brasserie offers a wide range of dishes, land and sea, concocted by Chef Adrien FORMICA, keen to promote the products of the Île de Ré. A beautiful seafood menu is available with magnificent seafood platters, prepared and composed by our oyster chef. For your seminar, showroom, birthday and wedding events, we offer 3 seminar rooms, catering in our restaurant with a view of the sea, coffee breaks or wine of honor if the weather permits or around the pool or in our Sea view gardens or in a room dedicated to your events.
