The Secret of the Cordelières is a spacious holiday home perfect for families and groups of friends. Fully equipped: smart TV, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, double living room, 2 workspaces, fully equipped kitchen, games and a foosball table for fun in any season. Guests have access to 2 shower rooms: one separate shower room + one en-suite shower room, ideal for group stays. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals on site: oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, soft-pod coffee machine (Senseo-type) + drip coffee maker, raclette grill, multifunction cooker/deep fryer, large refrigerator. The enclosed, private garden offers a quiet and secure outdoor space to relax. From the house, you can enjoy the view of the charming outbuilding at the back of the garden (not occupied, used for storage). A locked garage is available to safely store bicycles, motorbikes or one car, and one private parking space is also reserved for you on the street. Additional free public parking is easy to find nearby. Electric vehicle charging stations are located 160 meters away (Rue Poissonnière), only a 1-minute walk. Perfect for long stays or weekends with family or friends in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Suitable for remote working. Pets are welcome upon prior request. An extra fee per night may apply depending on the situation. A physical check-out will automatically be carried out. Any damage found may result in immediate on-site billing.

We are John and Olivia, passionate about travelling, meeting new people and going on motorcycle rides. We spent 15 months lovingly restoring this unique and authentic 1815 home. Our whole family — including our three children — joined us in this project, so we could create a holiday home that reflects the way we love to be welcomed ourselves: warm, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches.

The house is located in the town centre of Neufchâtel-en-Bray, a charming small town famous for its heart-shaped PDO cheese. The street is peaceful, yet just steps away from all amenities (shops, restaurants, market, cinema, bowling alley, aquatic centre and parks) — a real plus for travellers. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the many hiking trails, the direct access to the Avenue Verte “Paris–London” (perfect for cycling, running and leisurely walks), the proximity to the seaside (Dieppe is only 30 minutes away by car and 1h50 by bike via the Avenue Verte), the various golf courses in the region, the Eawy Forest, fishing ponds, canoe trips and more. The region offers a rich heritage and a wide range of activities between countryside, seaside and charming cities.
