Nearby: Ideally located on the lakeshore, the apartment gives you immediate access to the bike path and is about 30 minutes by car from Annecy’s city center, with its shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Activities: From the apartment, you can enjoy lakeside cycling trips, water sports (swimming, paddleboarding, wakeboarding), hiking trails in the Semnoz mountains, or explore Annecy’s old town. Thrill-seekers can try paragliding over the lake. - Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop nearby, connect easily to Annecy city center (approx. 40 min) as well as nearby beaches (5–20 min). - Geneva International Airport is about 1h15 away by car. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For more comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services. If you are coming by car, a private parking space is included. A public parking lot is also available nearby if needed.
