The apartment is composed as followed : - A living area of 30m² with TV and Wifi (optic fiber) - An equipped kitchen with : kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one queen-size bed (160x200). Cleaning is included and 4* quality linen will be provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels). Beds will be made upon arrivals - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - A balcony to enjoy the sunny days Ideally located in Rennes, you will be close to all commodities and shops, restaurants, bars, markets… 200 meters from the apartment you can find a bakery and a wine seller.
