« S’autoriser une pause, briser le rythme, se donner le temps de vivre. » C’est dans la pure tradition des maisons d’amis que vous serez accueillis dans cette jolie grange confortable rénovée avec goût pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Convivialité en toute intimité dans un décor affirmé où genres et époques s’harmonisent en préservant l’âme du lieu. Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, atmosphère chaleureuse au cœur de la grange d’une ancienne ferme gersoise de caractère (colombages, poutres apparentes) rénovée au fil du temps. Propriété implantée sur un terrain arboré d’un hectare, buissons, verger, poulailler. Parfaite pour se reposer, découvrir les trésors touristiques et gastronomiques du Gers. Literie pour nuits harmonieuses, salle d’eau incitant à la relaxation, au bien-être. Piscine privée chauffée, traitement de l’eau par électrolyse sel. Terrasse et chaises longues en bord de piscine.
Caupenne d’Armagnac (32110) au sein d’un hameau tranquille où la vie s’écoule sereinement au rythme des saisons. A cinq kilomètres de Nogaro, quelques accélérations du circuit automobile Paul Armagnac, quelques battements d’ailes de l’aérodrome du Bas Armagnac (avion-planeur-ULM-, hélicoptère). Multiples activités à proximité (parc acrobatique, village western, fermes, palmeraie, domaines viticoles).
