The villa features bright, airy rooms, multiple living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather, cook, and unwind together. Explore scenic coastal paths, relax in the park, or take a refreshing swim in the pool—there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. You can also enjoy various activities nearby: play golf at the Baden Golf, ride horses, practice sailing or other water sports on the calm seam of the Morbihan Gulf, play tennis at the Baden tennis courts (covered, 5 minutes drive). Eco-conscious guests will appreciate the state-of-the-art solar system powering the house (new from September 2025). Swimming pool, hot water, heating, and kitchen appliances are largely fueled by the Breton sun, minimizing environmental impact of your holidays. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature et les familles, le parc se trouve à 900 m de la plage de Locmiquel et des plus beaux sentiers côtiers du Golfe du Morbihan qui vous mèneront d'un côté vers la pointe de Locmiquel, la pointe de Toulvern et la plage des Sept Iles, de l'autre côté, vers Larmor Baden et son port. C'est un point de départ idéal pour partir en randonnée, en croisière sur le Golfe, ou aller visiter les sites comme l'Ile aux Moines, Carnac, Quiberon, Vannes, Auray.... Egalement faire de l'équitation, du golfe ou du tennis (clubs à 5 minutes), ou suivre un stage de voile dans le plan d'eau abrité du Golfe.
