Located in the peaceful St Aubin de Médoc neighborhood, this 30 m² guesthouse welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. You'll enjoy a separate annex for complete independence with your own key. Both bedrooms can only be rented to the same family or friends willing to share the bathroom. The accommodation includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, and a baby cot. Continental breakfast, bed linen, and towels are provided. If you wish to have a separate room while staying as two guests, this option is available for an additional fee, payable on site. Relax in your private garden and the heated outdoor pool (open June to September). A covered shared terrace offers extra space to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. On-site shared parking for 2 cars and a communal bike storage room are available. An electric vehicle charging station (3.7 kW standard socket) can be used for an extra fee, though charging may be unavailable at certain times in winter. Pets and events are not allowed. Please note, a small dog lives on the property.
