Eric-Pascal, Architect, and Nicolas, Geographer, share their time between France and Morocco: between Villa Quartz in Pourville-sur-Mer, the "Dar Bouba" house at Cap Sim near Essaouira, and Villa 2A in the Palmeraie of Marrakech. Passionate about the sea, nature, and architecture, they built Villa Quartz in 2008/2009 on the cliff in Pourville-sur-Mer, which they occupy when they are in France. They also offer for rent their Villa in the Palmeraie of Marrakech and their house at Cap Sim near Essaouira, facing the ocean. Welcome to their little paradises that they love to share!

Terraces, garden paysager luxuriously surplombant the sea . - The villa: 200 m2, 6 people, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, panoramic terrace of 250m2 south with swimming pool of 16mX3.50m chauffée in season. (Note: rented as a 2-bedroom version for 4 people until May 17, 2025, then with a 3rd bedroom for 6 people from May 17, 2025) - Les Lodges Blanc et Quartz: 55m2, 2-6 people, 2 bedrooms, terraces. - Le Lodge Cristal: 36m2, 1-4 people, 1 room, terrace. - Les lodges Bleu et Rouge: 27m2, 1-4 people, 1 room, terraces. Transparent, constructed in verre and connected to the falaise in a parc paysager en terraces outside the sea, the residence of the Villa Quartz surprends in contemporary architecture, pleine d'énergie et inédite sur la Côte. A great place to have a great resource, with a panoramic view of the sea and the horizon, 2 minutes from the beach. If you own the villa, you can benefit from a large swimming pool with a 16X3.5m chauffée and a panoramic solarium terrace. Attention, important note: the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the Villa, and cannot be used by tenants of the apartments/lodges.
