Superb apartment in downtown Blois-Chambord located on the banks of Loire river with beautiful views of the old bridge. Free parking near ther apartment. 2nd floor without elevator. Ideally located, you can stay for several days in order to visit the most beautifulLoire Castles that are nearby and easily accessible by car. 2 independent double rooms (one or both can be rent): A charming double room, luxurious and comfortable, overlooking the Loire, ideal for a couple. A second charming double room also ovelooking Loire, with a double bed and two single beds, which can accommodate 4 adults or a couple with children. Large living room with sofa, TV, WIFI, dining table and chairs for 6 people, very comfortable and warm. Balcony with magnificent views of the Loire and the old bridge of Blois. Large modern kitchen, fully equipped in which you can have meals at your ease. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, hob, fridge and freezer. The apartment " Les Lumières de la Loire" is located in the heart of the historic district of Blois, near the beautiful historic castle. Numerous bakeries and food stores in close proximity, and the wonderful Saint-Louis market place on saturday morning. Many restaurants (french, italian, indian, moroccan) and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Charming and lively district. You can go shopping or out for dinner or have a drink, or simply go for a walk. You can enjoy a prolonged stay and make numerous visits, and then come back to your comfortable and family-style apartment in the evening. Blois is ideally located to visit the castles of Blois (300 meters), Chambord (14 km), Cheverny (13 km), Chaumont (17kms with its marvelous gardens), Chenonceaux (33km), Amboise (33 km) and the beautiful Clos Lucé (House of Leonardo da Vinci), Zoo de Beauval (one of the most beautiful zoo in France) ans its famous pandas, Azay le Rideau Castle (90 kms) and Ussé Castle (the charming castle of the Sleeping Beauty)
