We offer this charming flat for rent in Fréhel, 400 meters from the beach. With a surface area of 48 m², this flat for 4 travelers is completely new and is rated three stars. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), with Wi-Fi internet via 4G key, it consists of a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Please note that construction work is underway opposite the residence. At certain times, this may cause slight noise or visual disturbance. However, work is suspended at weekends and during the Christmas holidays. The accommodation is made up as follows: - A 24 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside area : - A balcony to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - unlimited Wifi internet via 4G key - Sheets and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
