The Château Leenhardt residence is located on the right bank of the Grau-du-Roi, far from the hustle and bustle of the left bank, in the Boucanet district. It includes a lift and the common areas meet the standards for the disabled. A private gate gives direct access to the beach. All the shops are within walking distance (supermarket 5 minutes away) as well as the town centre, its shops and restaurants. The flat has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee machine), oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The terrace of more than 100 m2 is a real living space in summer thanks to its garden furniture, its table and chairs, its Zen fountain, its deckchairs which allow sunbathing facing the sea and its pergolas which provide a welcome shade. It is an ideal pied-à-terre to discover the Camargue, Aigues-Mortes or Montpellier.

A ten-minute walk will take you to the swing bridge, which offers a magnificent view of the canal and many restaurants. The town centre offers a multitude of shops and several ice-cream parlours offering a variety of flavours. In the morning, fishermen sell their catch of the day. It is also very pleasant to walk along the jetty which will take you to Port Camargue, the largest marina in Europe and the second largest in the world!
