Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Arras, this charming apartment of a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m² with access to a terrace, open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with TV (netflix subscription), sofa bed, armchair and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - A bedroom (street side) with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower, WC Outside : - A terrace of 20m² to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Non-smoking accommodation. - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - For stays of more than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is recommended. This service is charged at 44 euros and must be paid on site by cheque or cash. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The building is composed of 3 apartments that can accommodate 8 people.
