Les Prés de Bondus is a fully renovated, single storey detached house. Light & airy accommodation with every modern comfort. Large air-conditioned living room with open-plan kitchen. 2 large bedrooms (queen-size bed) (2 single beds). Spacious shower room, separate WC. Free WIFI. Hi-fi equipment: Blu-ray DVD player, Bluetooth soundbar, wireless subwoofer. Cost of heating included in rent. Cleaning at end of stay possible (extra charge).|Large fenced garden, terrace, outdoor furniture including sofa & armchairs, BBQ. In village: bread delivery, café-restaurant, tobacconist, newsagent, organic market gardener, horse riding centre, tennis court (free for people staying in the gîte). Walks and cycle trips near village or alongside the Canal de Bourgogne (3km). Aerial sports 2.5km (parachuting, gliding, microlighting, tourist planes).
