The flat has a living room with direct access to a loggia through a large bay window, a separate kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom opening onto a second loggia, An extra bedroom with a BZ sofa bed (140*190) and a bathroom. Numerous amenities and activities are quickly accessible not far from the house: beach, walking or biking on the coast, water sports, market, Casino etc..
