Property information

This modern and recently redone accommodation is perfect for family or friends (each bedroom has a double bed, with the possibility to install an auxiliary bed). You will have access to free optical fiber wifi and the AC is available in this luxury Apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dish washer, oven, micro wave, induction hobs, kettle, toaster).

Neighbourhood information

The nice, clam and residential neighborhood is very close from the Mourillon beaches, providing the perfect balance between city (10 minutes walking distance from the city center) and countryside (vineyard view). Conveniently, a little supermaket, tobacco shop, boulangerie and pharmacy are at your disposal only a few meters from the flat.
