One of the apartment's assets is its ideal location: - just 40 meters from the beach and port of Fréjus; - large supermarket right next to the building and big market every Sunday along the beach; - many restaurants and shops in the vicinity; - the center of Saint-Raphaël can be reached on foot via the beach in 15-20 minutes; - bus stop at the bottom of the building.
